Speak Up

My brother believes he is infested with parasites. I have no idea what to believe. He goes to hospital after hospital trying to get help and they just want to tell him he is crazy. He is a meth addict and has been shooting up and overdosing alot in the past few months, he has lost plots of weight. He is unrecognizable. I need help figuring out how to help him. He cries because he think the parasites are killing him slowly getting into his kidneys and lungs and nobody will help him. I don't know how to help him. There has to be somebody out there who is going through what I am going through. How do you help a meth addict who is going through different psychosis episodes constantly. He's 25 and has always been an addict since he was a teenager but nothing like this. He is scared to death. Please let there be somebody out there that knows something. Any information/ advice helps.
