My sister, whom I will call Mw for now, was the perfect daughter. She had straight A's since the age of 11-15. She always tried as hard as she could, even though she did drugs. When she moved into our house in Massachusetts she struggled with grades, but still tried, until deciding to drop out of school at the age of 16. My mom was fine with this, since she already had a part time job after school, which soon turned into a full time job. My sister pulled her own weight, she never expected anything from my mother, she paid for anything she needed, while my mom just supplied the food and shelter. Mw and my mom were best friend, they were partners in crime and they loved each other. When we moved down to Arizona, everything changed. Mw began doing meth. One time she even threatened me. I was 10 at this time. Mw fell hard into meth. She started picking at her face, stealing from my brother, my mom and me. She took apart all of her glasses. She doesn't take care of herself like she used to. She is constantly acting strange. She won't get help so my mom tossed her out several times, but keeps bringing her back home. Mw also puts layers of clothes on, like jeans over shorts or scarf around her waist. All of this changed in a matter of days, the farther she went into this drug, the worse it got. She would be normal for a day or two, then be on a binge for a couple of weeks. Getting her to sleep was hecktic. My mom isn't able to pay bills because she steals all the money we have. She takes things apart and she's always talking non sense to me about there being cops outside, or microphones on our computers/clothing that record us. Some of her attitudes adjusted as well, including hostility. I caught her in my mother's purse once and when I asked what she was doing she was immediately put on defense, telling me to mind my own business. She has gotten physical with me and my mom. Mw truly was one of the best sisters ever before meth.
*Mw is still refusing to get help and is currently 19 years old. *Mw has been on the drug for about two years now.
