Speak Up

I got the heartbreaking news that my fathers body had been found on August 5th, 2011. He died of an overdose on meth, and was in an abandoned house about 150 miles from my home. His body had been in the heat for 4-6weeks in the summer heat, he was only identifiable by a tattoo on his right shoulder blade!! I've been searchiong for way that I can help with the Meth project.. Anyone who can help me?
