I am a carer for my son who is an meth addict. Hes just about lost everything - his wife, children, friends, fancy house and white collar life. He lives with me as hed be homeless otherwise and I can tell you he is more work than the people I am paid to care for. In fact its at the stage that I will need to leave work if he keeps on this path. Ive kept my sense of humour and laugh thinking about some of the crazy, out there paranoid behaviour. I think about all you recovering ex addicts, and wish you all the best of luck - my son is still in denial about his addiction despite being admitted to psych wards many times. I'll be here for him which ever way it ends.
