ICKSON, Tenn. - At least 100 people have been indicted in connection with a large meth bust spanning several states, including Tennessee.
David Wyatt, Assistant District Attorney for Dickson County, said one indictment naming 100 co-defendants has resulted in 75 arrests.
The sweep included busts in Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia and Texas.
Wyatt also confirmed that some of the arrests were made in Dickson, Montgomery, Robertson, Sumner, Stewart and Humphrey's counties, with the bulk of those in Montgomery County.
Due to the number of arrests, he said the bust could be the largest in the 23rd Judicial Drug Task Force's history -- covering Cheatham, Dickson, Houston, Humphreys and Stewart counties.
Selling at least 300 grams of methamphetamine was listed as a class A felony.
